Located in downtown Dallas, this historic 1930's building originally housed the post office, federal courtrooms and other federal offices.  While the USPS still occupies the first floor, the upper floors were converted into luxury apartments.  The courtrooms became lounges and amenities such as a break-room, a media room and a yoga room.  A new rooftop terrace takes advantage of views of Thanksgiving Square. BIM software was used in the design, generating material take-offs used during the initial stages of the project.
