Architecture Demarest provided architectural design services to Jacobs as Prime A/E for the design of this residence hall on the northern side of the UTD campus. The structure is intended to function as a center for both living and learning, as evidenced by the prominent community rotunda at the entrance, flanked by wings of four-story tall residence halls. The design complements the apartment living options already available at the university as well.
