This student housing project is made up of two separate sites, Brockett and Grand. The Brockett site offers a three-story apartment building with two and four-bedroom units, outdoor living areas and community space for studying and other social gatherings. The Grand site performs similar to a residential neighborhood, containing Victorian style four-bedroom cottages.

Both sites are aesthetically tied to the college with similar architectural language and materials, helping to maintain the overall continuity that is essential on college and university campuses.
