This project was first conceived as a 444-unit student apartment complex on a different site, but the recession had other plans. Hayes Modular Group obtained many of the already constructed modular units and came to us to develop a new plan since we had worked on the earlier iteration. We re-worked the plan to work with the new site, and worked with Hayes to develop a facade that blends well with the historic school building on the site.
