Northside Phase 4 was the final phase of the Northside P3 Student Housing project at the University of Texas at Dallas. This phase comprised of two 4-story apartment buildings with a precast parking garage and a public park adjacent to a future light rail line. This fast-track project broke ground in January of 2020 and despite many setbacks due to the pandemic, opened ahead of schedule in 2021.
