This new four-story facility, centrally located on campus, marks fhe first new student housing facility to be built at the University of Dallas since 1980. It offers three-person suites, two-person suites, single rooms and resident assistant rooms. The facility provides common areas for gathering with friends, study lounges and a media entertainment room. Built over an underground parking garage, the new residence hall also features an outdoor courtyard area where students can gather with friends and host events. Architecture Demarest used BIM technology in the development of the building, production of drawings and generation of renderings.
